So Very Confused!~ I Called this 1-800-922-2038 number.~ To get The PBSkids. Activated On Our Roku System, spoke with someone I could barely understand.~ gave him our account information & Password code.~ Then he proceeds to tell me..~ He will have their Experts Contact me?...~ Why did I call this Number If It wasn't to Speak with An Expert To Assist Me Directly?...I"m Feeling so Uneasy right now...Was I Just Conned?...Did I Just Give Away our Roku Private Information?...HATE HOW This Is SET UP!..
ReplyDeleteI had the same problem last month. the Guy could hardly speak good English, gave the same information also. He stated that the problem was at my end and that he can help me. He started talking about as of January 2018 had change the set up that has to do with 4K. I asked the gentlemen what is a 4k, he than repeated what he started. Again I asked him what is a 4k, he than got rude and snippy with me. I said to all I asked is what is 4K and he started all over again. I don't think he knew what a 4K is. I told him I don't have a 4K TV. I told him forget it, I have upset grandkids that are able to watch and "you don't have to be rude to me when I am asking a simple question? and I hung up on him.....PBS needs to get there act together and find and easy simple sign up for Ruko customers that have kids and grandkids that would like to watch PBSKids. Very Unhappy grandmother of 5
